1. General Section

  • Name: Name of the rule. It will be visible to customers when they are eligible for free gifts, displayed as discount name associated with the gifts.

  • Status: Set the rule to active or inactive whether you want to make the rule work on your frontend.

Click the "Deactivate" button to set the offer status to inactive

2. Reward claim Section

  • Give rewards for: Choose to either give the latest reward or give all rewards through all milestones to the eligible customers.

    • All milestones: Customers will receive all rewards for each milestone they achieve.

      For example: If your customers reach three milestones you set, they will be able to claim all three rewards set for each goal.

    • Only the latest milestone: Customers are able to receive only the last milestone's rewards if they cross multiple milestones in the end.

      For example: If your customers cross 2 out of 3 milestones you set, they will only be able to collect the rewards from the second milestone.

  • Automatically add rewards: The reward will be added to cart automatically when the milestone conditions are met.

  • Automatically remove free gift: The reward is auto removed from cart if the milestone is not reached.

3. Tiers settings Section

Set up the conditions for each milestone so customers can receive a free gift when they reach a specific milestone (You can add up to 6 millstones in each rule).

  • Spend goal: The total value of products that customers need to purchase (add to their cart) to qualify for the corresponding reward.

  • Reward type: Choose one of the three reward types to offer your customers when they reach a milestone.

    • Free gift: Customers receive free gifts whenever they reach a milestone.

      • In cases where there are multiple free gift products, you can enter the quantity you want customers to receive for each gift in the blank field next to it. If you leave the field empty, the default value will be set to 1.

      • Number of gifts customers can select: The total number of gifts a customer can receive upon reaching a spending milestone.

    • Cart discount: Customers will receive a partial (or full) discount on their cart value when they reach a specific spending threshold.

      • Discount type: Set up the discount based on percentage or fixed amount.

      • Discount value: Calculated based on the percentage or an amount in your store currency. You can enter a decimal value, up to the second decimal place.

    • Shipping discount: Customers will receive a partial (or full) discount on their shipping fee when they reach a specific spending threshold.

      • Discount type: Set up the discount based on percentage or fixed amount.

      • Discount value: Calculated based on the percentage or an amount in your store currency. You can enter a decimal value, up to the second decimal place.

      • Set maximum discount value: Tick this box to set up a maximum value to limit the total discount your customers can get.

      • Select applied locations: Limit those countries/regions (include or exclude provinces) eligible for the shipping discount. If this box is not checked, the reward will apply to all countries.

      • Restrict to specific shipping methods: Include/Exclude those shipping methods that can be applied to the shipping discount or blocked from it.

4. Rule trigger Section

Choose those products you want to apply the campaign to, among these options:

  • All Products: Customers must spend at least a specific amount on products in the store to receive the reward.

  • Specific Products: Customers must spend at least a specific amount on selected products to receive the rewards.

  • Specific Collections: Customers must spend at least a specific amount on products in selected collections to receive the reward.

5. Active dates Section

Set the start and end (optional) dates for the promotion.

6. Discount name preview Section

This setting allows you to customize the suffix of the discount code applied on the cart/checkout page once customers meet the required conditions.

The discount generated by the progress bar consists of two parts:

  1. Offer Name – Represents the promotion type.

  2. Reward Name – Defines the benefit customers receive.

By default, the reward name appears as Free Gift, Order Discount, or Free Shipping. However, you can modify this section to better match your branding, store language, or promotional strategy.

7. Preview Section

Check how the progress bar appears on the storefront.
