Name: Name of the rule. It will be visible to customers when they are eligible for free gifts, displayed as discount name associated with the gifts.
Status: Set the rule to active or inactive whether you want to make the rule work on your frontend.
Choose the types of conditions that customers need to meet in order to receive the gift.
Cart value: Customers need to meet the cart value condition in order to receive the gift (E.g.: Spendi X amount to get gifts - Customers spend $500 to get a free T-shirt).
Min amount: The minimum product value that a customer must purchase (add to their cart) to qualify for a free gift.
Cart quantity: Customers need to meet the cart quantity condition in order to receive the gift (E.g.: Buy X Get Y - Customers buying 1 book can get 1 free bookmark).
Min quantity: The minimum product quantity that a customer must purchase (add to their cart) to qualify for a free gift.
Specific Products: Customers must spend a specific amount on/buy at least a required number of the selected products to receive gifts.
Product Collections: Customers must spend a specific amount on/buy at least a required number of the products in selected collections to receive gifts.
Specific Variants: Customers must spend a specific amount on/buy at least a required number of the selected variants to receive gifts.
How the gift is added to the customer’s cart when they meet the qualifying amount condition.
Automatically add all gifts from the selected list: Automatically all of the gifts you choose in the "Select gifts" section into the cart once the customer qualifies.
After selecting the gift products, you can set up the quantity of each gift you would like to give to customers by entering the corresponding number in the box next to each product name.
Automatically add only the first available product from the list: The first available product (according to the below gift selection) will be automatically added to the cart when customers meet the condition.
Please make note that once the first product in the list is out of stock, the gift automatically added to cart will be the next available product in the "Select gifts" section. For instance:
Case 1: The number of gifts is 1. If the "The Collection Snowboard: Hydrogen" is out of stock, the gift added to cart will be the "The Collection Snowboard: Oxygen" if its stock is available.
Case 2: The number of gifts is 2, the Hydrogen has only 1 available stock. Customers will receive 1 Hydrogen and 1 Oxygen in their cart.
Number of gifts customers will receive: The total number of gifts that customers can receive.
Automatically offer the cheapest product as a gift: Automatically select the lowest-priced item (among the products you select in the "Apply to items from" section) as a free gift and add it to the cart once the customer qualifies.
For example: You choose the Hydrogen and the Oxygen in the "Apply to items from" section, the Oxygen is cheaper. When your customers meet the condition, they will receive the Oxygen as a gift.
Number of gifts customers will receive: The total number of gifts that customers can receive.
Customer chooses gifts manually: Let your customers choose the gift they want to get from the gift list.

Your customers now have two ways to claim the gift—before or after meeting the required conditions:
Choose the gift first: Customers can select the gift from the embedded block and ensure they add the required quantity of the main product. When they click the Add to Cart button, if the condition is met, both the main product and the gift will be added to the cart accordingly.
Add the main product first: Customers can add the required quantity of the main product to the cart first. A message will then appear, prompting them to select the gift. They can then choose the gift and click the Claim Gift button to add it to the cart.
Please note that customers must collect all the gifts specified in the "Number of gifts customer will receive" section.
If they do not select the required number of gifts, the system will not be able to add the gifts to the cart successfully.
Specify a limit on how many times the offer can be used if the conditions are met multiple times
For example: If you set Buy 2A get 1B and set a maximum number of uses to 2:
Customers can get 1B as a gift for every 2A purchased.
If they buy 4A, they’ll receive 2B as gifts.
If they buy 6A, 8A,... they still receive 2B.
Determine how the free gift discount works on the gift item in your store. Customer receives products at a discounted price:
Percentage – Apply a percentage-based discount to the gift item (e.g., 50% off on the gift product).
Amount off each – Deduct a fixed amount from the gift item’s price (e.g., $10 off).
Free – Offer the gift at no cost ($0.00).
Determine how the free gift discount interacts with other active discounts in your store. You can choose whether the free gift offer can be combined with additional promotions or if it should remain separate.

Choose the Start (End) date and time to set offer's duration (The End date and time are optional).
This section allows you to control whether the Embedded Gift Block is shown or hidden on your product page.
Display Options:
Show the Embedded Gift Block – Displays the gift selection block on the product page, allowing customers to see the gift details and manually choose their gifts before adding them to the cart.
Hide the Embedded Gift Block – The gift block will not appear on the product page.
If you hide the Embedded Gift Block, you must enable "Automatically add gifts" in the Auto-add Gifts settings to ensure gifts are still applied correctly.
If customers are required to manually choose gifts, the Embedded Gift Block must remain visible; otherwise, they will not be able to select and add gifts to their cart.
Check how the popup appears on the storefront in two cases: when the customer meets the rule's condition and when the customer does not meet the condition.
If you want to customize the layout of the Embedded Gift block, click the Edit widget style to go the Styling section.
Similarly, to change the text displayed on the block, choose Edit default text to redirect to the Translations section.
