Understand the working logic of funnels
Hold up! 🚦 Before setting things up, take a quick look at how a funnel works first—
Key Differences
The Post-purchase upsell and Thank you page are two separate sections within a funnel, function independently in terms of their display conditions, and do not directly affect each other based on cause-and-effect logic.
Even if the Post-purchase upsell is not displayed due to certain conditions or restrictions, the Thank you page can still appear normally if it meets the condition set in General settings.
Common Point
Since both the Post-purchase upsell and Thank you page belongs to the same funnel, they share the General settings, which define the overall display rules.
Any conditions set in the General settings will apply to both sections, ensuring consistency in how offers are presented to customers.
Funnel Logic Flow
The system first checks the conditions set in General settings to determine eligibility.
If the conditions are met, the Post-purchase upsell will be displayed. If not, it will be skipped.
After that, the system will re-evaluate the General settings conditions.
If the conditions allow, the Thank you page block will be shown to the customer.
This structured logic ensures that even if one section does not meet the display conditions, the other can still function normally within the same funnel.
Manage Funnel Priority
If there is more than one funnel, the order in which they are applied depends on the priority settings in the Manage priority section.
The system will evaluate each funnel based on its priority ranking and apply the corresponding customized setup accordingly. Funnels with a higher priority will be processed first (1 is the highest priority).
You can drag and drop to change the priority order of funnels. Once you save changes, the system will automatically update the funnel order accordingly.
