Show for all customers:
Show this funnel for all customers: All customers who place an order automatically get a chance to purchase the post-purchase upsell without needing to meet any further requirements.
Product conditions: Configure the post-purchase upsell to display based on the products included in the customer's order.
Enable product trigger: The order must contain specific products that you have pre-selected in the settings.
Enable product tag trigger: The order must include/exclude specific product tag(s) that are pre-selected.
Enable product exclusion trigger: The order must not contain those products chosen in this option to be able to qualify.
Enable variant name trigger: The order must include/exclude specific variant name(s) that are pre-selected.
Customer conditions: Configure the post-purchase upsell to display based on the customers placing the order.
Enable customer trigger: Offer only displays to/hides from specific customer tags which are pre-selected in the setting.
Enable customer order count trigger: The number of the order that customer has purchased must

Enable customer language trigger: Only those customers using specific languages can take advantage of the post-purchase offers.
Order conditions: Configure the post-purchase upsell to display based on the order value or/and quantity.
Enable order value trigger: Order value should be more than/less than the number set in the condition.
Enable order quantity trigger: Order quantity should be more than/less than the number set in the condition.
Location conditions: Configure the post-purchase upsell to display based on the location of the order owner.
Enable shipping country trigger: The post-purchase upsell offer will only be displayed for orders where the shipping country matches the one specified in the settings.
Active dates: Post-purchase offer only shows up during a period of time set by specific date/time range.
Enable date/time trigger: You don’t need to select both options—choosing just one is enough to proceed.

Edit block: Click this button to start customizing your Thank you page with our blocks.
After enabling the Salemate Block, you can start adding widgets to the Thank You Page based on your needs.
Widget position
Customize where you want to place the widgets. There are 6 positions, including:
Above Order status block
Below Order status block
Below Customer information block
Above Items in cart block
Above Subtotal block
Below Subtotal block
This section will only appear after you enable a Salemate block. Its functionality and settings may differ from each block, so be sure to configure it accordingly.
Offer a coupon code as a reward for the next order purchased of your customers. Customers are able to copy the code directly and click the Shop now button to start buying the second order.
Header: Set the title for the coupon code block.
Body: Describe additional details about the coupon code reward.
Help text: Instruct customers on how to collect the coupon code and use it.
Background color: There are three options for the background color:
Base
Transparent
Subdued
Button type: Change how the button type would look on the block by choosing one of the below options:
Primary
Secondary
Plain
Button text: Add a custom text instead of the default one.
Suggest a specific product to customers right after they place an order. This section is perfect for introducing newly released products at a trial price or selling discounted items that are out of season.
This widget is divided to 4 main sections to set up:
Product
Header: Set the title for the product recommendation block.
Product selection: You can decide the product you want to recommend by choosing the "Specific product" option or let Shopify help you suggest a random one through the "Shopify recommendations" setting.
Specific product:
Shopify recommendations: You have the flexibility to choose how Shopify recommends products in the Recommendation intent section, between Related recommendations (auto generated) and Complementary recommendations (manually set up)
Hide products that are bought in original order: Help you hide those products purchased in the original order if you want to prevent the redundancy.
Show description: Decide to display or hide the description of the recommended product. Only those products suggested by Shopify have the description below them. If you choose a specific item manually, it will not have a description showing under its name.
Price and discount
Automatic discount: Set up the automatic discount based on fixed amount or percentage.
Use “compare at” price: Display the compare-at price instead of the (original) price as usual.
Quantity and variant selector
Display variant picker: Allow customers to choose their preferred variant if the recommended product has multiple options.
Variant picker label text: Customize the label text for the variant picker.
Allow quantity selection: Let customers select the quantity they want to purchase.
Quantity selector label text: Customize the label for the quantity selector.
The Default Title text displays when a product only has one available variant. It cannot be removed or customized to another name.
If there are more than one option, the text will be changed to the variant names.

Button type: Change how the button type would look on the block by choosing one of the below options:
Primary
Secondary
Plain
Button text: Add a custom text instead of the default one.
Redirect to: Configure how your customers will be redirected after buying the recommendation product, Checkout page or Cart page.
Suggest a number of products to customers right after they place an order. This section is perfect for introducing newly released products at a trial price or selling discounted items that are out of season.
The settings and customization options for this section are identical to those of Single product recommendations section, only adding an additional one, Layout.

Decide how many products should be displayed on the recommendation block. Please note that Shopify will recommend up to this number you set here.
Maximum products per row/ Slider size: Restrict the number of products showing per row/slider size if you choose to exhibit the products by the Slider or Grid method.

Content: Write your own message
Alignment: Left/Center/Right
Provide information with a visually striking layout to grab the customer's attention and enhance engagement.
Banner type: We offer four types of banners, each serving a different purpose:
Information – Displays general information.
Success – Indicates a completed action.
Warning – Alerts about something incomplete.
Critical – Highlights important warnings that require attention.
Title: Set the heading for the custom text block.
Description: Write your own message to explain further about the title above.
Dismissible banner: Choose whether to allow customers to dismiss the banner from the Thank you page after they have seen it.
Collapsible banner: Choose whether to allow customers to collapse the banner from the Thank you page after they have seen it.
Add an image to the post-purchase page to enhance the offer, showing under the divider.
Supported formats include .gif, .jpg, and .png.
Adjust the image using the Alignment and Size section to fit your design needs.
Add a button to redirect customers to a landing page after placing an order successfully and adjusting how the button works and looks like:
Content: Write short phrases to instruct customers to take action, such us "Click here".
Type: Change how the button type would look on the block by choosing one of the below options:
Primary
Secondary
Plain
Appearance: Configure the color of the text or the color of the background, it depends on your selection in the Type section first.
Default (Blue and White)
Monochrome (Black and White)
Critical (Red and White)
Content alignment: Left/Center/Right
Redirect to: Configure to where your customers will be redirected after clicking the button.

Discount Code: Select an existing discount code from Shopify. Make sure to create the discount code in Shopify first to avoid having to go back and forth during setup .
Please note that all recommendations in this section must first be configured in the app.
