How to set up a Buy X Get Y Free (BXGY) offer

Create a new Buy X Get Y Free offer

Click on Create new offer button > Click Select in the Buy X Get Y For Free card

The Settings tab is where you configure how your BXGY offer is displayed and applied across your store.

Title: Name of the BXGY offer. This is for personal use, only you can see how this offer is named.
Visibility: Choose whether the offer applies to “All products”, “Specific products”, or “Specific collections”.

Header text & Template layout: Customize the header text and layout of the discount widget. A preview will be shown on the right.

General settings: Set advanced options such as allowing customers to choose variants and using your theme’s font.

The Offers tab lets you set up how each discount offer appears on the widget, including quantity, discount type, and display text.

Choose the template: Choose a layout for your offer. By default, the template is set to Buy 1 Get 1 Free.
Title, Subtitle: Add or edit the title and subtitle shown on the widget to describe your offer.
Quantity: Set the number of items the customer needs to buy and the number of free items they’ll receive.
- Note: Discounts apply automatically at checkout. Make sure you have enough inventory for both paid and free items.
Discount label: Customize or hide the discount label shown on the cart and checkout page.
Badge text: Show or hide a badge for each offer and edit its text (e.g. “Most Popular”).
Offer image: Add an image for your offer.
Set as default offer: Mark one offer as the default selection when a customer visits the product page.
Reorder: Drag and drop offers to change their display order.
Add offer: Add up to 10 offers per widget, if you need more, please contact us through live chat.
All edits can be previewed live in the preview panel on the right.

The Design tab lets you customize the look of your discount widget to match your store's branding.

Color theme: Choose a preset theme or customize your own.
Text settings: Adjust text size, style, and color.
Background color & Border: Set background color and border style to fit your design.
