How do I create a Buy X Get Y Free offer in Saleup?
Go to the dashboard, click “Create new offer” > Select “Buy X Get Y Free” > Configure the offer details, then publish it. Learn more here.
Will the free item be automatically added to the cart?
Yes. Once the customer meets the offer conditions, the free item(s) will be automatically added to the cart with a discount.
Does the offer work with different product variants?
Yes. The offer can be applied to variants, and customers can select different variants of the same product to qualify.
Can I offer more than one free item?
Yes. You can configure how many items a customer must buy (X) and how many they will receive for free (Y).
Can I add badges like “Best Value” or “Most Popular” to my offers?
Yes! In the Offers tab, you can enable and customize a badge for each offer to help highlight specific deals.
