How do I create a new volume discount offer?

To get started, go to your dashboard and click Create new offer button > Choose Create a Volume Discount. This will take you to the setup steps across the Setting, Offers, and Design tabs. Learn more here.

How many discount offers can I add to one widget?

You can add up to 10 offers per volume discount widget. If you need more, feel free to contact us via live chat.

Can I add 2 volume discount rules to 1 product?

No, you can only apply 1 volume discount rule to a product. Applying multiple rules may cause conflicts and confusion in pricing.

Can I apply the discount to specific products or collections only?

Yes. In the Settings tab, under Visibility, you can choose to apply the discount to All products, Specific products, or Specific collections. Learn more here.

Can I add badges like “Best Value” or “Most Popular” to my offers?

Yes! In the Offers tab, you can enable and customize a badge for each offer to help highlight specific deals. Learn more here.

Can I preview the changes while editing my volume discount offer?

Yes, changes made will appear in real-time in the preview section on the right side of the screen.

However, please note that this is only a preview, for the most accurate display, we recommend checking the widget directly on your live store.
