Want to boost your Average Order Value (AOV) using post-purchase upsells? It is a quick and easy process that takes less than 2 minutes to set up

Step 1: Enable the Tek Labs Post Purchase in Shopify Settings

Shopify requires you to manually select which app controls your post-purchase checkout page. Follow these steps to activate Tek Labs:

• From your Shopify Admin ⇒ Select Checkout from the left-hand menu.

• Scroll down to the Post-purchase page section.

• Click Save at the top right corner to apply the changes

Step 2: Enable the Tek Labs Post Purchase App Embed (Embedded App)

To ensure the block displays seamlessly on your storefront and thank-you pages, you need to turn on the App Embed in your theme customization:

• Go to Online Store > Themes in your Shopify Admin.

• Select Checkout and Customer Accounts Page

• Click Apps Embedded

• Click Add block under the section where you want the app to appear

NOTE: The Block Numbers must match perfectly!

For example, if you set up your upsell offer under "Checkout Block 1" inside the AfterSell app dashboard, you MUST select and configure "Checkout Block 1" inside your Shopify Theme Editor. If you select Block 1 or Block 2 in the theme, your widget will NOT display.
