# Analytics

See how every offer performs.

Open **Analytics** in the app menu, click **View analytics** on the Dashboard, or use **More actions › View analytics** in an offer.

## Filters

* **Date range** (top right): **All time period** (default), **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days** or **Custom date range**. Data is available from 1 January 2025.
* **Module**: the offer type: Free gift, Embed Gift, Popup Gift, BOGO, Progress bar, Volume Discount, You may also like or Gift discount code.
* **Campaigns**: the offer to report on.

## Metrics

Hover over a card title to see its definition. For a Free gift offer:

| Card                                   | Definition                                                                                                 |
| -------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Orders with Free Gift**              | Total number of orders that include a free gift.                                                           |
| **Sales from Orders with Free Gift**   | Total sales value of orders containing free gift items, before deducting the gift price.                   |
| **Avg. Order Value with Free Gift**    | Average sales value of orders containing free gift items.                                                  |
| **Revenue from Orders with Free Gift** | Total revenue from orders with free gifts, after deducting the price of the gifts.                         |
| **Impressions**                        | Number of visits to product pages showing the offer. For Popup Gift: number of times the popup was opened. |

Other modules use the same cards with their own name, for example **Orders with Volume Discount**.

## Charts and orders

* **Sales**: sales of orders using the offer compared with total store sales.
* **Orders**: orders using the offer compared with total orders.
* **Impressions**: impressions over time.
* **Top gifts**: the five most given gift products.
* **Order**: each order that used the offer, with **Order ID**, **Offer Name** and **Total Sales**. Click the link icon to open the order in Shopify admin.

**Sales** is counted before deducting the gift price; **Revenue** is after. Product bundle analytics isn't available yet.
